Users who purchased a VSuite Ramdisk license before April 15, 2012 can upgrade it to a Primo Ramdisk license for free. Below is the upgrade policy:
1. If you are a licensed user of VSuite Ramdisk, you can activate the same edition of Primo Ramdisk by your VSuite Ramdisk activation code. For example, VSuite Ramdisk Professional Edition can be freely upgraded to Primo Ramdisk Professional Edition. If you didn't get an activation code before or your computer cannot access Internet, you may contact Customer Support to get new activation code.
2. Specially, if you own licenses of VSuite Ramdisk Server Edition, you have another upgrade option: upgrade your licenses to Primo Ramdisk Ultimate Edition (Personal License - 3 PCs, for personal users) instead of Primo Ramdisk Server Edition. Please contact Customer Support if you want to choose Primo Ramdisk Ultimate Edition.
