I never have Samsung Magician start with Windows, and always force an exit on it when done using it. There's no practical reason to have it running, especially since you can't use Rapid mode with Primocache.

Disable Samsung's RAPID Mode, if you have it enabled. It will conflict with Primocache.

I don't think kernel-level processes can run as user. Primocache is a kernel process, so would run as Administrator.

Keep format clusters and Primocache L1 block size at 4k for maximum IOPS performance. Deferred writes (with a UPS on the machine) can still help, though it's less of a concern with a NVME.
