Since no games are on the OS drive, if you only cache the OS drive with L2, the hit rate usually will be 85% or more.

Usually hybrid-disks are slower than pure ramdisks. So if possible, just using a pure ramdisk instead of a hybrid-disk. And since you also use the ramdisk as temp storage for applications, it's better to use the SCSI type instead of DirectIO for better compatibility. Some applications may not recogn...
