Here's my setup:
16GB RAM
Win 7 64
Ramdisk Server
VMWare Server
Gentoo Image (for LAMP Dev Box)

I'm really new to this and I'm poking around. The reason I installed Ramdisk Server is that a person that's mentoring me told me to. I have limited time with him, so I'm trying to figure out as much as I can on my own. If any of you would be willing to help me get my feet wet with suggestions or links, that would be amazing.

Thank you. I'm aware of the manual, but I was hoping for something more specific to my situation. Is this something I should load the image onto (I see an option for volatility) or is this best kept as a paging device? I was hoping to find a thread on a typical setup for a server like the one I describe above (as a starting point).
