Primo Ramdisk Question on configuration

For years now I just been using Ramdisk with dynamic memory at 16GB of memory out of my 32GB of memory, but lately a new problem has cropped up with installs. Current old configuration below.

Ramdisk SCSI Disk- Dynamic memory
16GB Ram Disk
Page file C:\ 512MB (SSD Drive)
Page file R:\ 512MB - 8GB (Ramdisk)
Mozilla cache folder R:\Mozilla

Even using the above I typically still have 6-8GB free on Ramdisk so this has been efficient until just lately. I could even use it for a quick temp storage since it shows as R drive with no problems.

New games from GOG and Steam are putting more files into the Temp folders so now this is no longer enough for my configuration so the plan for the new configuration is below. Still have not found a need for anything more than 8GB cache even with 32GB of memory in Windows 10.

Hybrid Disk Direct-IO Disk - Dynamic Memory
64GB Total disk size (testing if this is enough yet for installs)
16GB Ram Disk
48GB File on 500GB SSD Drive
Page file C:\ 512MB (SSD Drive)
Page file R:\ 512MB - 8GB (Ramdisk)
Mozilla cache folder R:\Mozilla

Would the above new configuration be the best method and performance for the new drive or is there a better method?

Usually hybrid-disks are slower than pure ramdisks. So if possible, just using a pure ramdisk instead of a hybrid-disk.

And since you also use the ramdisk as temp storage for applications, it's better to use the SCSI type instead of DirectIO for better compatibility. Some applications may not recognize DirectIO drives correctly.
