The current cache is based on MRU (Most recently used).
But on big systems a I have, the chance that that data is requested again within a short period is not very big.

That's why I ask for a MOU (Most Often Used) scenario, where the blocks that are used the most are cached instead.
This should be configurable and default MRU to not break existing installations.

Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, this is the MFU algorithm and actually our cache algorithm combined both MRU and MFU.
