Hi,

Every time windows 10 performs a feature update Primo Ramdisk loses it's licence key and I have to re-enter it along with my username. Is this by design, will I reach a point where I am no longer able to do this?

Is there anything I can do so that a feature update doesn't cause the loss of the licence information?

This issue shall have already been fixed since v5.7.0. If your installed version is below v5.7.0, please download the latest one and install it first. You can install over the old version and don't need to uninstall the old one.
