Has anyone run Primo on Windows Server 2016 with an HPE Smart Array P420/430/830 controller? Curious to see if there are any strange interactions between controller DDR3 cache/HP Smartcache (on-controller SSD caching solution) and Primo.
Thanks!

HPE Smart Array + PrimoCache
Re: HPE Smart Array + PrimoCache
Using it at the moment (and for monthes) on the following setup:
ML110 Gen10 + SmartArray P408i-p
4 platter disks configured as RAID 5, plus two SSDs, each one in a single-disk RAID 0 array.
Each SSD is caching a different partition of the RAID 5 array.
WS 2016 as a host OS and two WS2016 guests.
Working like a charm.

Re: HPE Smart Array + PrimoCache
I should add that I've had bad experiences with SmartCache in this setup (before even installing PrimoCache). Might have something to do with my SSD not being HPE branded.
I've also played with Smartpath, found best performance was obtained by disabling it.
