1. Make sure that the volume containing these excel files is being cached. And you chose/highlighted this volume to show statistics.
2. If these excel files are not opened first-time, they may have been cached by Windows. You may restart the computer and then open these files to see if "Total Read" increases.

See attached image for a bug in the GUI display.... the column spacing is off.... most likely because my display settings are for high DPI. Columns should either take into account DPI or at least be realizable.

@kalua: I only get this unreadable (misplaced tab) when I activate the display property "Disable Display Scaling on High DPI Settingsā€ from the C:\Program Files\PrimoCache\FancyCcV.exe. If I do not activate this setting thus leaving it blank all looks ok in PrimoCache.

@kalua, well, so far we don't have time to make the application DPI-aware. But sure, we'll try to make the column width resizable.
Thanks.

Resizeable will do for now....THANKS! Also if you can, please save the column-widths as a preference so I don't have to change them each time I reboot. :D

Been running 3.0.0 Beta for a day; no issues so far. I do like the ability to split caches into dedicated read and write sections; serves my purposes well. Quick question: is there any impact on write combining and/or in-cache trim effectiveness enabling 'Free Cache on Written'? Or are the standby blocks still used for this purpose until overwritten. I see a 35-40% reduction in actual disk writes even with a small write cache. Aside from a little less wear & tear on the SSD it also smooths out performance with some bursty workflows.

PrimoCache 2.7.3 reinstalled
Going on, using my PC and Firefox (up to date) in the same way with its heavy memory load.
If the problem occurs again I'll let you know but PrimoCache 3.0.0b seems to be bugged.

3.0.0b for beta or bug? That's the question dear Mr. Watson
