@idefix44, @minhgi, i totally understand your frustration. Really sorry that we suspend this problem for so long time. The first time we received this problem report we planned to disable the feature of caching paging files as v2.4 does . However, as you want to keep this feature, we tried to think out a perfect solution to solve this problem. Unfortunately, it is not easy. Meanwhile we encountered some urgent problems since Win10 14393 release, we have to analyze these problems and fixed them in v2.5~2.7. So v2.5~2.7 are mainly for Windows 10. For Windows prior to 10, v2.4 is still a good option. At the same time, we stepped into the development of v3.0 which redesigns many code modules. These redesigns may help to this problem, so we decide to complete the 3.0 version first and then recheck this problem. That's why this problem is delayed to be solved.

I don't see any major problem with short freeze since it rarely happened. Also, I do not reboot my computer often enough for it to make major pain in teh neck. Since I game and editing, seeing the l2 write cache is more preferable at this point. So if you need beta tester and logs, I would be definitely would like to help if it could make any difference with quicker release.
