invisible memory not work

i install 5.6 ultimate version of ramdisk.
it worked well for a year.
sevrel days ago i found firefox sometimes said unkown errors to write disk.
i use ram disk to store TEMP or TMP of system.
so i run the config file.
delete the ram disk.
re-create one.
but can't use invisible memory.
so i un-installed the software.
reboot
re-install it .
BUT the icon at left corner is grey.
the display of os invisible memory is BLANK.
i can't use invisible memory .
pls help me

If invisible memory was working for you initially, the most likely cause of your problem is installing other software that also uses it (a couple of other ramdisk programs and caching software like PrimoCache) which might conflict. In such a case, it would be best to disable Invisible Memory usage for all other programs, then re-enable it for Primo Ramdisk only (and Primo Cache if you are using it).
Please also confirm if you are using 32- or 64-bit Windows (Invisible Memory would not be available with 64-bit Win7 Ultimate unless you had more than 192GB RAM).
If invisible memory was working for you initially, the most likely cause of your problem is installing other software that also uses it (a couple of other ramdisk programs and caching software like PrimoCache) which might conflict. in windows 7 system information is 10G sum up.
in fact,it's very strange for thinkpad t430.
The reason i re-install primo ramdisk is i found system error said there's no ram for .....
i delete the ramdisk i used for months.
but i found i can't setup a new ramdisk using invisible memory.
at the same time the invisible memory is enabled and the icon button is ok.
So i uninstalled ram disk.
but after i re-install ramdisk using the same setup files, the invisible memory icon button is GRAY.
and the list of system memory is BLANK.
i didn't install other ramdisk software at all.
i wonder if it is the problem caused by anti-virus program update.
the security software i used for a long time avast+Comodo Firewall
and avast got a 2014 update a week ago.

I think this is because your license is expired. Did you have a valid license?
