I would like to configure an 8gb system with Win 8 OS, either x86 or x64, using 2gb of memory and all available remaining memory as a ramdisk.
I think this means that memory from 2gb to about 3.25gb and memory from 4gb to 8gb need to be mapped for a single Ramdisk.
Can the Primo Ramdisk product do this? Would x86 or x64 be better for this application?

5+gb ramdisk in and 8gb system?
Re: 5+gb ramdisk in and 8gb system?
If you use x86 Windows 8, Windows only uses no more than 4GB ram, you need to enable Invisible Memory. Please see

If you use x64 Windows 8, then just create a ramdisk with any size you want.
