vSuite Ramdisk freezes when activating IM

Hi,
I've recencly purchased a Professional license for this product. Now I regret not testing it prior to buy but anyway...
I'm having an issue where the program freezes as soon as I activate IM at the options tab. It's not the system which hangs but just your application window. System continues working fine and any vSuite predefined "regular" ramdisks continue working ok. But vSuite ramdisk application remains unresponsive, can't be closed even trying to kill the process from the task list. Can't open a second instance as it reports it's allready running.
Only way to close app is to reboot the system as closing and restaring session shows the app still running. Of course I've been unable to use IM, which was the main reason I bought your product in the first place....
Ah, of course I've been playing with the reserve first and hibernate options when trying to activate IM...
Sys specs:
- Dell Latitude D820
- 4 GB RAM
- XP SP3, 32bit
- Intel GMA 945GM with Intel's driver
