Boot boost?

Post by manus »

There is a way to start FancyCache drivers before others drivers (raid and others controllers) to be able to use it just after the mount of disk/partition?
I see that if the disk is not present before FancyCache start, FancyCache don't cache the disk (I used it on the disk before).
Maybe you could add a check on serial (volume or disk) to be able enable cache if detected, no?

it wouldn't really make any performance boost on boot speed
