This is not a bug of Primo Ramdisk, but it might be worth including this in the list of known issues.
Short summary: If Primo Ramdisk is used in Direct-IO mode on Windows 8 and the Internet Explorer temporary files folder is redirected to a location on the Ramdisk, many Windows 8 Modern-UI Apps will fail or exhibit strange behaviour.
