"Change IM Settings" is disabled

I am using Windows XP SP3 (32-bits) - 4GB ram with PAE

I am not sure why I can "Tick" the "Enable OS Invisible Physical Memory" but the "Change IM Settings" is disabled.
It seems that I have no way to change the "Support IM Hibernation" option to YES.

I can use IM for my Ramdisk now. However, without IM Hibernation, it can be painful.

Any idea?

Do you use the Free Edition? This edition doesn't support IM Hibernation while other editions support.
