Optimize file transfer speeds with primoCache 3.0.1

Hello,

I'm using primocache 3.0.1 I know an older version but its what works for me plus it also works on my xp machine that I use for storage backups. anyhow I have my cache drive SSD setup but file transfers are way to slow did i miss a setting?

I have a 1tb nvme ssd as my cache drive and a 4tb platter drive for my file storage.
