I noticed that the GUI is crashing when I right click in the window to reset the counters and I decide to do nothing and click anywhere in the window to get rid of the little popup. The icon in the Windows taskbar on the right is after that still visible but doesn't respond to clicks and stays there visible.

When I restart the GUI I get two icons of which one is not responding. And I can repeat that with another icon added

Have you tried a clean uninstall/reinstall with a fresh download of the program? Also run a cleaning utility (CCleaner, Wise Disk Cleaner, etc) after the uninstall. Then a reboot before the reinstall.

I've never seen any GUI issues with any of Romex's products before.
