Need help to switch /deactivate license to install on new PC

My apologies ahead of time. I realize this may not be the best way to get support.

I'm trying to setup my computer. My second license was uninstalled from my old computer but I cannot install Primo Ramdisk to my new computer until I get the old computer deactivated.

Also, I just upgraded from Professional 2 license to Ultimate 2 license.

I am very eager to get my computer with 64GB ram running with a 56GB ram disk.

Please help!!

I searched the forum and found this helpful thread. I had a mobo go down and now I had to transfer my drives and gpu to a new system. Same Windows key but when installing the software it sees me as having already used up my installations. I sent a request using the email address here, with all the purchase information from the email I was sent after buying this.

I hope that's enough information, thanks in advance! Lol, I already splurged on more memory ... :)

Edit: I see now that I posted in the Ramdisk forum, though I have the Primocache software.
