Actually this is not a bug. It is by design. With fast startup enabled, Windows enters hybrid shutdown mode, somewhat like hibernate does. And the cache contents are also conserved. PrimoCache does not prefetch L1 cache if you don't enable the option. Also PrimoCache prefetchs data when Windows is idle. I don't think PrimoCache has such behavior as you described. From my understanding it depends on your usage and what setting you selected. LFU -> Least Frequently Used. Based on this I am assuming that as data is loading from that drive/partition that you selected to cache it will move all the data into the cache until it is filled marking them based on their...
