In order to speed up the OS:
Can I boot XP from Ram Disk ?
Can I boot from SSD and then transfer the system disk to RamDisk ?
OS: windows XP SP3

Yes. I did check the option "Use Invisible Memory"
That is why I got 4.5G available and able to assign 2.5G as ramdisk.

I have the same problem: 1. OS: WinXP xp sp3 2. RAM: 8G 3. System shows 3.5G Ram (3582M) 4.
