I agree! It should be unlimited resets as long as it isn't running it on more PCs than the license allows. A deactivate/reactivate online system would be ideal.

That is great news! At the same time, I'd like to see the maximum number of transfers be eliminated. With the Romex database limiting the number of activated PCs per license, their financial interests are protected no matter how many times licenses are transferred. I am not clear on the maximum number of upgrades of the license. The online documentation states that I can request that a license be upgraded (transferred to a replacement PC or new motherboard) a maximum of 5 times.
