Re: Install conflict with Samsung Magician
It seemed that after a reboot I had the same problem. Primocache running but counters stayed at zero. As a test I did remove Samsung Magician from startup and enabled it again. In Task Scheduler I can see that Magician started now after Primocache and both are working together now. But I don't know ...

Re: Install conflict with Samsung Magician
I already had Windows 1809 and Primocache 3.0.8 running on my system. After reading this article I updated Samsung Magician yesterday to the latest version 5.3.0.1903 and today after I turned my computer on I noticed that Primocache was running but Cached Read/Deferred/Trimmed blocks stayed at 0. I ...

GUI crashing when right clicking
I noticed that the GUI is crashing when I right click in the window to reset the counters and I decide to do nothing and click anywhere in the window to get rid of the little popup. The icon in the Windows taskbar on the right is after that still visible but doesn't respond to clicks and stays there...

Re: Hybrid sleep not releasing cache?
Yes, I watched that. Usuallly at boot I can see L1 loading, but not after coming out of hybrid sleep. So I think the cache is written to disk. If I disable that setting my computer won't sleep.
I think I watched something else. It is indeed prefetching after coming out of hybrid sleep.

Hybrid sleep not releasing cache?
I bought PrimoCache and it working great. Another question I have: I have checked "Release L1 cache on hybrid sleep or hibernation" and hybrid sleep is allowed in my power settings and it is working. I noticed that when I put my computer to regular sleep after wakeup the L1 cache is still ...

PrimoCache and SSDkeeper
I am currently testing both programs in trial version and it seems to me they are not conflicting. PrimoCache has only one L1 Cache (12 GB) task for my Samsung 512 GB 960 Pro and I have a 1 TB harddisk for backup of my system every day. I also make use of buffered defer writes. It didn't seem of muc...
