4gb ram pc is not recommended using primocache? i hear, it's best to leave as much physical ram for windows as much as possible if you are low ram pc.

Does increasing defer write latency increase performance? I have mine set at 5 second. Should i increase it? This hasn't been answered.

I'm using my PrimoRAMDIsk ramdisk SCSI for L2 cache on 215mb is that any good? I have pretty low ram (3gb) what shall i use for L1 cache? direct ram or...? right i'm using direct RAM for L1 cache Does increasing write defer latency increase performance? i have mine set to 5 seconds. Block size 16kb ...

IMHO you can replace ANY RAM Disk using PrimoCache... and its twice as fast!

I'm using my RAM as L1 (315MB) and RAMDrive L2 with (215MB) Volatile Cache Contents at Gather interval fastest Any good or not?

You mean virtual ramdrives? Directly using memory as level-1 cache is much faster than ramdrives.
L2 cache is virutal ramdrive.
